Проектом федерального бюджета на 2013 год и на плановый период 2014 и 2015 годов предусмотрено финансирование Российской академии наук в размере 111,2 миллиарда рублей. В 2013 году бюджетные ассигнования на деятельность академии составят 36,3 миллиарда рублей; в 2014 году планируется выделить 37,4 миллиарда рублей, в 2015-м – 37,5 миллиарда. По проекту на 2012 год было 58,8 млрд руб.Сколько реально перечислили - не знаю. Почти все финансирование РАН идет из госбюджета (российская особенность). Есть еще особенности с налогами, если сравнивать со Штатами. Официальный сайт Стэнфорда сообщает следующее.
